Pay for the subscription
After registration, you get 3 days for free testing of the service. To continue using the service after the three-day period, you need to subscribe and make a payment. Each channel requires a separate subscription payment.
How to Pay for the Subscription:
Go to the InCRM widget in Amo → click 'Pay for Subscription.'
Choose the duration → click 'Continue.'
You will be redirected to the CloudPayments payment system website.
Enter your credit card details and make the payment.
Done — you've paid for the subscription.
By default, auto-renewal of the subscription will be enabled to ensure your subscription doesn't unexpectedly expire and the channel keeps working.
How Auto-Renewal Works:
Auto-renewal is enabled by default. The next payment will be deducted 24 hours before the subscription expires. The service will be extended for the same duration as the last subscription at the same rate.
If you decide to disable auto-renewal:
Go to the InCRM widget in Amo.
Click on the three dots in the row of the relevant channel.
Remove the checkmark from the 'Auto-Renewal' field.
Done — you've disabled auto-renewal, but remember to manually renew the subscription to prevent the channel from being disconnected at an inconvenient time.
