Set up the integration

  1. Go to the 'AmoMarket' section in CRM, type 'InCRM' in the search bar, and install the application in a single click.

  2. Fill in your name, email, and contact phone number in the opened widget form.

  3. Click the 'Register' button.

  4. Provide the widget access to your AmoCRM account by clicking the 'Connect' button.

  5. Select the AmoCRM account that will be connected to InCRM.

  6. Done! Now you can proceed to adding the channel.
