Initiate the conversation
To initiate a conversation with a customer through InCRM:
Create or open the contact card or deal in AmoCRM.
In the contact card, specify the customer's phone number to which the message will be sent.
Click on the provided phone number.
From the list that appears, select the InCRM channel from which the message will be sent.
Enter the message in the field within the native chat. If needed, attach files using the 'Add files' button.
Click the 'Send' button.
Done! You've sent an outgoing message through the native chat using InCRM.
In the future, when the customer responds, the incoming message will be displayed in the same place: in the native chat within the contact card or deal.
