Answer the messages
When a new client messages us and their contact information isn't in the CRM yet, a contact card and a new deal will be automatically created. Additionally, a notification will be generated in the AmoCRM notification center.
To respond to an incoming message, follow these steps:
Go to the card of the created deal or contact. You can find the new deal in the 'Deals' section or access it from the notification in the notification center.
In the deal or contact card, the incoming message will be displayed in the chat.
To reply, simply enter your message in the chat window and click 'Send.'
Done! By default, the message will be sent from the channel the client messaged you on.
You can also choose the channel from which to send the message. To do this, click on the contact's phone number in the message input window and select the desired channel.
